Summary of Position
In your role as a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the HealthiestYou product line. You will perform high volume outbound calls to new and in force business and schedule and execute educational webinars. Develop trusted relationships with decision makers in each account, understand their strategic goals, review quarterly reports, and develop action plan.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Be the trusted partner for our clients—build relationships with key decision-makers and understand their strategic goals.
Drive engagement! Make high-volume outbound calls, schedule and deliver compelling educational webinars, and help clients unlock the full value of our offering.
Guide clients to success by ensuring they leverage marketing materials, educate their employees, and make the most of our platform.
Create and execute quarterly strategic plans that drive group success, retention, and long-term loyalty.
Introduce clients to new features, best practices, and innovative ways to enhance their experience.

Required Qualifications
- Experience within client services and/or retention positions.
- Strong presentation skills and credibility with Director and C-level executives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Must be a self-starter
Preferred Qualifications
- Able to create and nurture long lasting client relationships
- Marketing background a plus
- Proven success in other fast-paced sales/startup environments
