Client Solutions Manager:in (w/m/d)

You will be responsible for the successful implementation and further development of MARMIND at our customers.
Your tasks include:

• Project management in customer projects incl. management of involved solution partners, customer-specific integrations and product enhancement
• Strategic to operational analysis of marketing processes and the people, roles, information, structures and systems involved
• Specification and documentation of functional and technical customer requirements with consulting expertise regarding best-practice approaches for their implementation in MARMIND
• Solution configuration of the requirements in MARMIND or ensuring the solution configuration of other project team members
• Planning and implementation of customer onboardings and rollouts
• Quality assurance in coordination with QA & Support (business testing)
• Project controlling (billing management, sales forecasts, budget review and planning)

To be successful in this position, you ideally have the following qualifications and skills:

• IT/software and/or business education – focus on marketing an advantage
• Deep understanding of marketing strategies, processes and technologies
• Technical affinity, experience with MarTech solutions and their integration an advantage
• Several years of experience in project leadership and management
• Expertise in change management and process optimization an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong presentation skills in German and English
• Strong structured working skills with an eye for priorities
• Proactive approach and initiative
