Overview

The Client Services Specialist is responsible for retaining and growing a dedicated portfolio of clients, acting as the escalation point for service issues, and the overall level of service provided to clients. As the Client Services Specialist you will manage all aspects of the proxy event for American Depositary Receipts and Global Depositary Receipts issuer clients. You will coordinate key discussions with company’s counsel and liaise with Depository Trust Companies, Euroclear, Clearstream, the stock exchanges, local custodians and various proxy agents to facilitate the process.

What You’ll Do

  • You will provide detailed information and guidance to global Client Managers and clients on complex proxy events

  • You will take responsibility for preparation & presentation of materials for client engagement

  • You will support initiatives, projects and products not limited to proxy

Skills You’ll Need

  • Business degree preferred but not required and professional experience in financial industry 

  • In-depth knowledge of MS-Office programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Ability to communicate appropriately to various stakeholders with different levels of seniority and be comfortable operating in a high demand global virtual team environment

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $76,000 to $126,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
