Client Relations Specialist

The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for investigating client issues and working closely with the Senior Client Relations Manager and sales team to reach client resolution. The position requires a versatile individual with a strong customer-service background, a basic understanding of finance-related functions, great attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills. It is a fast-paced working environment so they must be motivated, organized and work well under pressure. The Client Relations Specialist must possess a positive attitude with empathy and excellent negotiating and compromising skills. This position requires the ability to decisively act in important situations using discretion and independent judgment, easily grasp concepts, and solve problems in a professional and timely manner.
CLIENT RELATIONS SPECIALIST ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Investigate and resolve client issues.
- Organize, track, and manage existing client issues in ReporterBase and SalesForce to ensure effective resolution.
- Investigate, support and educate the sales team on addressing client issues and complaints. Manage sales concessions given to clients in response to issues by calculating target profit margin scenarios; inform account executives of possible commission deductions and instruct on ways to resolve issues without requiring discounts/loss of revenue.
- Track and monitor the type of client complaints, generate data, and target problems.
- Pass on issues to Director of Court Reporting to address with problem Reporters.
- Offer new ideas to improve PD processes and the client experience.
- Other duties as needed.

10:00am - 6:00pm EST or 9:30am - 5:30pm EST
CLIENT RELATIONS SPECIALIST COMPENSATION:
$24.04 - $26.00 per hour

Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of 3 years in a customer-service environment. Analytical and problem-solving skills, decision-making skills, impeccable judgment and attention to detail. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a basic understanding of finance-related functions. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Experience with SalesForce is preferred.
