Job SummaryResponsible for developing client, broker, and vendor relationships through outstanding and responsive service and in collaboration with the Blue Cross Blue Shield account management team. Represents Luminare Health products and services. Manages reporting, plan operations including troubleshooting and problem resolution. Expected to support and service clients within the Major client segment with employers and group purchasers generally 2,000-10,000 employees. Maintains senior management level contact with client and client’s broker or consulting relationships. Knowledgeable regarding self-insured clients and stop loss. Also responsible for the service delivery of Luminare Health products and services that ensure client satisfaction. May have some internal project participation. Charged with retaining their assigned book of business and identifying opportunities for growth and enhancing the client relationship.**This role is based remotely, but candidates must live within the states of IL, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, NC, OK,, PA, TX or WI **
Required Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
3-5 years previous experience of Client Management experience and/or experience in a similar TPA or insurance environment with client facing/client support responsibilities
Results oriented and self-motivated
Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required, as are exceptional organizational skills
Ability to interact with senior level executives
Thorough understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans; stop loss understanding a plus; Knowledge and understanding of benefit-related federal laws (i.e., ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA,PPACA, etc.)
Excellent presentation skills
Analytical skills, problem solving skills, reading ability, creative decision-making skills, the ability to comprehend and follow instructions, mathematical ability and time management skills are required
Ability to travel is required

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
