are looking for a talented Client Liaison Manager who will have the overall responsibility for
management of several accounts within a portfolio as well as relationship management, revenue
generation, and client satisfaction.
Your role in our mission
- Communicates/interfaces regularly with client(s)
- Develops and manages a portfolio with full P&L responsibility
- Prepares, monitors, and manages budget and revenue expectations for assigned client(s)
- Oversees development and implementation to develop project approach and implementation plans
- Manages client relationship; responsible for ensuring client satisfaction
- Reports to management on progress toward strategic account growth and business goals.
- Identifies sales opportunities and assists the account management team with successful close of sale
- Monitors state legislative, regulatory, and competitive environment and alerts management to risks and opportunities.
- Works with delivery counterparts to Identify additional sources of revenue through process improvement initiatives and business rule optimization
- Collaborates across the enterprise, including, executive leadership team, implementation and delivery teams, and other internal teams to solve problems, ensure contractual obligations are met.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of account management experience
- 2+ years of C.O.B. experience (Coordination of Benefits)
- 2+ years of Healthcare/Medicaid experience
- 2+ years of Conflict Resolution experience
- Medical Billing/Coding Experience
What you should expect in this role
- This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
- Monday through Friday work schedule.
- May require up to 30% travel
- Health (medical, dental, vision) benefits start on day 1 of employment.
- Company match 401K and other benefits available within months of starting.
- Employees are eligible to take advantage of flexible vacation policy after ninety (90) calendar days of employment. Any exception requires manager approval prior to employee's Gainwell start date.
- Company provided computer for work use.
- For all hybrid and remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance. This is not paid for by Gainwell.
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.
- This position will remain posted until March 9, 2025, or it is filled.

The pay range for this position is $52,900.00 - $75,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
