What will you be doing?

You will support Circana’s ALDI account to enhance their understanding of their performance relative to the market and competitors.  You will help ALDI better understand the dynamics of the competitive marketplace, customers, and macro trends.  You will utilize a variety of Circana tools to create compelling insights-based stories.  You will help implement and manage strategic deployment of various Circana solutions with the client.

 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Support exceeding revenue and favorable data contract terms through quality delivery of solutions, reporting, and insights
  • Utilize POS, Consumer Panel, ShopperSights, and eCommerce data sets to present fact-based arguments influencing decision making of retailer stakeholders
  • Consult with retail clients on a full-range of Circana solutions, including custom projects
  • Utilize creativity in identifying new techniques and processes
  • Maintain an ability to keep manufacturer and retailer perspective in mind at all times; able to think through multiple divergent paths and understand the implications on the client and Circana
  • Build rapid rapport with key client contacts and across functions within the Circana organization
  • Use a systematic approach to solving problems that involve breaking them into smaller pieces, tracking the implications of situations, generating multiple alternatives, and making comparisons of potential solutions before acting

 

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience with syndicated data, analytics, eCommerce, category management, or related fields is required
  • Marketing and/or sales analytics experience with a CPG company, Retailer, or other CPG industry companies using syndicated data
  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
  • Knowledge of the retail domain (Food, Drug, Mass) and the channel-relevant issues
  • Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications
  • Strong project management and process skills
  • Ability to engage in a consultative manner with clients when helping solve/manage content deliverables
  • Ability to build and leverage mutually beneficial relationships internally and externally
  • Ability to develop creative ways to address business issues

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $61K to $95K.
