What will you be doing?

The Client Insights Analyst will be a fundamental member of the onsite Client Insights account team, utilizing industry knowledge to provide actionable insights to the client.  The core focus of this position will be to help the client understand data and create insights gathered from multiple data sources.  The ideal candidate must have an innovative, analytical mind and a passion for problem-solving and driving insights.

This is a Hybrid role with on-site requirements of 3 days per week at the client site in Stamford, CT.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze, interpret data, and translate it into meaningful solutions for clients while providing the client with coherent, actionable, and fact-based data/recommendations appropriate to their business needs
  • Continually provide analytical solutions and business insights to address any business gaps and/or opportunities and create value for the client.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills; present a professional image.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements
  • Help customers identify solutions to problems they did not know they had
  • Consistently act with client satisfaction in mind and follow through on commitments to ensure the needs of the client are met.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with syndicated data, analytics, category management, or related fields
  • Marketing and/or sales with a premier Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company or other companies using syndicated or point-of-sale (POS) data
  • Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. 
  • Strong project management and process skills.
  • Able to engage in a consultative manner with clients when helping solve/manage content deliverables.

Location

This position can be located in the following area: Stamford, CT - 3 days per week on-site at the client office. 

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.  An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000.
