We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh based in the Atlanta, GA office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
We will count on you to:
- Act as the lead advisory colleague on medium-sized, less complex books of business, providing strategic advice aligned with clients’ business priorities and risk management needs.
- Review clients’ exposures and loss experience, utilizing risk expertise to develop tailored solutions for standard client needs.
- Execute renewal and placement strategies in collaboration with the Placement, Advisory Leader, and Client Executive, ensuring alignment with client instructions.
- Assist in presentations to prospective clients, suggesting innovative solutions to attract new clients and projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day service needs.
What you need to have:
- Proven experience in risk management and advisory roles, particularly with medium-sized books of business.
- Strong understanding of the insurance marketplace and ability to analyze clients’ risk strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to negotiate and evaluate quotes from carriers to deliver optimal options to clients.
