Citrix Technical Manager
United States - Remote
Work Location: · 100% Remotely.· Prefer candidates living in either the West Coast or the state of Texas. · Occasional travel roughly 20% per year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a strategic customer account.
- Lead Infrastructure operations in support of large and complex environments.
- Manage a large portfolio of projects with complex SOW’s.
- Manage delivery & operations of Managed Services contracts with stringent SLA.
- Lead large teams of talented individuals.
- Lead the teams in case of high severity incidents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field of study. Prefer Masters Degree.
- Overall, 12 years of related experience.
- Minimum of seven years of team management experience.
- Successful background working in one or more of these fields: Networking, Technical Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, Cloud Engineering, Data Center Management.
- Expert understanding of SLA's.
- Ability to manage SLA's.
