Position:Citrix Product Manager
Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Citrix Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The Citrix Product Manager will be responsible for understanding and analyzing customer usage, identifying and prioritizing features based on customer needs, and driving the development of future products. This role is responsible for defining the product vision, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving innovation that meets customer needs and supports Arrow’s overarching business objectives. . This is a global role supporting the North America and EMEA regions.

What You Will Be Doing:

Customer Insights & Analysis
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer usage data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Gather feedback directly from customers to understand their needs, pain points, and desired features.
  • Develop and maintain detailed customer personas and journey maps to better inform product development.
Product Development
  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing to define product roadmaps and ensure alignment with customer needs.
  •  Prioritize features and improvements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
  •  Create detailed product specifications and requirements documents to guide the development process.
  •  Oversee the development process to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of new features and products.
Market & Competitive Analysis
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies within the Citrix product landscape.
  • Analyze and report on competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
  • Work with marketing teams to position our products effectively against competitors.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and issues.
  • Present product updates, roadmaps, and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
Continuous Improvement
  • Implement best practices for product management and continuous improvement processes.
  • Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction to identify areas for further enhancement.
  • Utilize analytics and feedback to drive data-driven decision-making.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within the technology or software industry.
  • Strong understanding of Citrix products and related technologies.
  • Proven track record of managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong customer orientation and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to work across time zones (NA & EMEA).

Work Arrangement

Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$116,700.00 - $175,450.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company’s request and sole discretion.
