Job DescriptionSummaryβThe Chief Medical Officer will have a highly visible role as the medical and clinical voice representing the Company on Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry standards and best practices, emerging trends, new product development and delivery, and serve as an advocate internally and externally for best practices in the field. The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) will play a pivotal role in driving and executing the clinical vision and strategy of the organization. The Chief Medical Officer will interact with external audiences including clients, payers, pharmacy networks, regulators, and other industry leaders. The Chief Medical Officer will also be accountable for developing and executing PBM client education programs and opinion leader development. This position will manage the clinical team, provide support to sales and marketing efforts, and collaborate across the company to ensure the highest quality of care and operational efficiency.
