Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to drive our company’s marketing strategy and lead us through a high-growth stage. As the CMO, you will be responsible for developing and executing scalable, data-driven marketing programs that accelerate revenue growth, expand market share, and position our brand as a dominant force in the industry. You will align marketing initiatives with aggressive business goals while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership:

  • Define and execute a growth-focused, multi-channel marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, retention, and market leadership.
  • Spearhead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives to engage high-value accounts and shorten sales cycles.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, competitive trends, and customer insights to fuel rapid growth.
  • Partner with the executive team to shape the company’s vision, value proposition, and go-to-market strategies.

Revenue Acceleration:

  • Build and scale lead generation programs and demand-generation campaigns to deliver predictable and sustainable pipeline growth.
  • Establish and optimize KPIs, including customer acquisition costs (CAC), customer lifetime value (LTV), revenue contribution, and ROI.
  • Leverage advanced analytics, intent signals, and predictive insights to drive precision targeting and maximize campaign performance.

Brand and Market Expansion:

  • Elevate the company’s brand to become synonymous with innovation, trust, and industry leadership.
  • Oversee impactful digital marketing strategies, including paid advertising, retargeting, influencer partnerships, and SEO/SEM, to maximize visibility and engagement in competitive markets.
  • Drive thought leadership through compelling content, including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and blogs, to establish authority in target industries.

Team Leadership and Scalability:

  • Build, inspire, and scale a high-performing marketing team capable of executing at pace and delivering results in a fast-moving environment.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration, enabling the team to excel during rapid expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless alignment on priorities, messaging, and execution.

Marketing Technology & Innovation:

  • Optimize the marketing technology stack to support rapid scaling, streamline processes, and improve decision-making.
  • Identify and implement emerging tools and platforms to maintain a competitive edge and enable scalable growth.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Leadership: 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, with significant experience driving growth in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • ABM Expertise: Deep experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), including targeting high-value accounts and driving measurable success in complex sales cycles.
  • Growth Focus: A track record of successfully leading marketing strategies that resulted in significant revenue and market share growth.
  • Data-Driven Execution: Strong analytical skills with a focus on measuring, optimizing, and delivering measurable results.
  • Marketing Technology Savvy: Expertise in martech stacks, CRM systems, and advanced analytics tools to support scale and precision.
  • Content & Digital Excellence: Demonstrated success in developing and scaling content marketing, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and digital engagement strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exceptional ability to drive alignment across teams, ensuring shared goals and synchronized execution.
  • Scaling Expertise: A leader who thrives in high-growth environments, scaling teams, processes, and strategies to achieve ambitious goals.
