WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
- Business Systems Consultant I: $80,000 - $90,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Business Systems Consultant II: $93,000 - $103,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
- Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
- Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
- Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Change Management: Lead API change management, clarify approach to business stakeholders, and gain acceptance across units.
- Communication: Develop comprehensive communication and training plans.
- Facilitate information gathering and assess results, comparing current state with the desired future state, providing gap analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Evaluate processes and recommend improvements, including ad hoc support and reporting.
- Build business cases for change, conducting assessments, cost/benefit analysis, and feasibility assessments.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Three or more years of change management experience in business analysis or project management within group insurance benefits.
- Experience applying processes, tools and techniques to meet or exceed business objectives including familiarity with change management and Agile Scrum processes.
- Experience delivering projects on time with clear organization and high attention to detail. Experience supporting leaders and teams through complex changes.
- Clear communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain flexibility and adapt in a rapidly changing environment. Strong learning and critical thinking skills.
- You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
PREFERRED:
- Change management experience with API implementations
