About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Solution Analyst to join our sales organization. This role is crucial in providing pre-sales support for our Managed IT Services, focusing on higher education institutions. The ideal candidate will assist in generating reports, formatting data, and analyzing IT infrastructure. Excellent customer service skills are essential.
What you’ll be doing
Pre-Sales Support:
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of pre-sales presentations and proposals.
- Work with the IT Assessment team to generate detailed reports and format data for client presentations.
- Analyze higher education institution IT infrastructure to identify opportunities and solutions.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain reports that support sales strategies and client needs.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data, meeting department standards.
- Use data to create standardized templates for reporting and modeling, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Client Services:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and support.
Technical Documentation:
- Write and maintain detailed technical documentation to support pre-sales activities.
- Ensure documentation is up to date and compliant with established standards.
Collaborative Solutions:
- Work with various departments to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve high satisfaction rates based on client feedback.
