Boldyn Networks is seeking a Campus CIO to join its higher education division. In this remote, work-from-home position, you’ll leverage your higher education experience to forge strong client relationships, deliver tailored IT consulting, and drive strategic initiatives to help clients achieve their goals.
This role requires travel and reports to the Head of Executive Advisory Services.
What you’ll be doing:
Client Relationship Management
Depending on the client needs, you will work either remotely, onsite, or in a hybrid arrangement with the assigned client.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients.
Provide tailored customer service and advocacy, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
Regularly schedule, prepare for, and attend client meetings to review needs and deliver strategic insights.
Strategic IT Consulting
Lead proactive maintenance reviews to ensure the stability of core infrastructure.
Offer consultative advice on potential services to enhance clients' IT environments, productivity, and security.
Coordinate with technical teams to pinpoint necessary client projects and services, ensuring effective implementation.
Service Transition Stewardship
Drive communication between clients and service members to ensure clarity on any additional services being implemented by Apogee
Understands scope of any additional services in order to facilitate productive change management.
Document all client interactions and maintain comprehensive records of clients’ site
Sales and Service Delivery
Lead account reviews with clients to propose and refine technology solutions.
Prepare quotes for product purchases and liaise with order fulfillment teams to ensure timely approvals and delivery.
Collaborate closely with the Apogee inside sales identify opportunities.
Drive initiatives aimed at increasing client happiness and student satisfaction.
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Previous leadership position at a college or university.
Extensive experience in IT Operations, with a proven track record of success.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Willing to travel up to 50% of the time or more as needed to achieve company goals.
Must be located in the Eastern or Central Time Zones of the United States.
