Job Description

INTRODUCTION

We are seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to join our team specializing in B2B SAAS for the fitness industry . This role will be responsible for the strategic development, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns designed to generate qualified leads, enhance customer engagement, and drive revenue growth for our small to mid-sized business clients in the fitness industry.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a variety of channels—partners, nurture, affiliate, and email—while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to craft and execute campaigns that deliver measurable results. Your expertise in data analysis, campaign optimization, and cross-functional collaboration will be essential as you help shape our customer journey from awareness to activation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop, implement and continuously optimize strategies to drive high-quality leads and improve conversion rates, increase product adoption and feature activation, and reduce cost per acquisition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaigns that align with established strategic objectives.
  • Focus on maximizing impact across channels through segmentation, experimentation, and data-driven adjustments.
  • Use analytics and tracking tools to monitor and report on program and channel performance and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to provide operational support to align cross-functional efforts and ensure a seamless user experience from awareness, to acquisition, and activation.
  • Proactively uncover and test innovative growth opportunities outside traditional media and advocate for top-of-funnel strategies that drive awareness and engagement while complementing bottom-of-funnel conversion goals.
  • Build and optimize email campaigns, multi-touch nurture flow, onboarding sequences, and cross-sell/upsell and retention programs.
  • Oversee projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, measurable, and aligned with campaign objectives. 
  • Partner with Product Marketing to gather and analyze data on customer segments. Use insights to inform campaign execution and enhance the effectiveness of acquisition efforts.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelors' degree in marketing, business or related field (preferred)
  • 5-7+ years of working experience in campaign management, digital marketing, demand generation, or related field
  • Experience executing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments, with proven results in optimizing programs, email campaigns and acquisition funnels
  • Proficient use of marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hubspot, Marketo, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to develop relevant insights and influence decision making
  • A genuine curiosity for how businesses work and how to make them grow
  • Ability to communicate complex problems and concepts in ways that will resonate with leadership and the wider organization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data from various sources to draw insights that inform strategy and prioritization
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders with minimal oversight or direction
  • Experience with key digital and growth marketing topics: SEO, SEM, A/B testing, content management systems (CMS), etc.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only and based on employees in Canada and may be different in other countries. Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations. Our pay range for Canada based candidates for this position is $72,000 - $100,000 CAD annually. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and commissions.
