Our team goal is to help our clients transform their business, meet their technology needs, and create new business opportunities. You will contribute to this goal by understanding your client’s business goals and objectives and enabling their transformation with the right service management and cloud solutions. Succeeding in this role involves attaining your monthly sales objectives. A full team will support you to achieve your objectives, including the VP of sales, pre-sales solution architects, project teams and solution analysts.
Here’s what your day to day will look like
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting activities via outgoing phone calls, e-mails and social media platforms (cold calling) and in collaboration with various marketing activities (inbound);
- Manage and nurture relationships with an existing customer base to ensure satisfaction and drive retention;
- Qualifying daily inbound leads coming through our website, blogs, webinars etc;
- Attend trade shows & events;
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts, funnel hygiene, and target updates to meet sales objectives;
- Execute internal campaigns and collaborate with Marketing to optimize ROI;
- Handle new client sign ups and project hand-off;
- Establish relationships with your potential clients;
- Lead deep dive conversation with clients including the creation of relevant business cases to drive alignment and understanding of clients’ current and future needs;
- Enter all relevant client related information and communications in our CRM system;
- Coordinate with internal resources and specialists (SMEs, Pre-Sales, project analysts, etc) to deliver the right solutions to your clients;
- Be an ambassador for the voice of the customer and communicate all potential improvements to our internal products and software development teams.
Here’s what you need to have and master to get the job
- Strong knowledge of SaaS, IaaS, or other cloud technologies;
- ITSM/ESM knowledge and experience will be considered an asset;
- Sales experience with a SaaS model focused on mid-market, enterprise or governments (RPFs and tenders);
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Executive;
- Bachelor’ degree;
- Excellent French and English communication skills, written and spoken; Bilingual
- Excellent customer management skills; including sales, account management, and customer service;
- Strong business acumen and ability to work through complex and detailed business cases;
- Team player mindset with a strong ability to influence and build trusting and lasting relationships with peers and clients;
- Customer-centric mindset - your customer is at the centre of everything you do;
- Be able to explain the technical aspects of our products in simple terms to ensure they are clearly understood;
- Shown creative problem-solving skills with strong initiative to identify areas of process improvement and efficiency;
- Ability to travel in Quebec few times a year
