The Animal Health IT Commercial Value Team is committed to strategize and implement digital solutions and services to increase customer engagement, optimize customer experience and create opportunities for measurable commercial outcomes with incremental revenues informed by rich, data driven insights.

North American (NORAM) Commercial IT team is seeking a Business Technology Partner to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our business partners and stakeholders on SAP Projects. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills to effectively translate business needs into actionable technology solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements, ensuring clarity and understanding of their needs.

• Technology Translation: Translate business requirements into technology solutions by effectively communicating the technical possibilities and constraints to stakeholders.

• Product Roadmap Collaboration: Collaborate with the product team to inform and contribute to the development of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

• SAP SME: Serve as the SAP expert for market teams, providing guidance on best practices, features, and enhancements within the Salesforce technology stack.

• Implementation Oversight: Drive the implementation of Salesforce solutions, working with technical teams to ensure that deliverables meet business expectations and are delivered on time.

• Training and Support: Provide support to end-users, ensuring effective technology adoption and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Understanding of business processes and technology integration.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, Monday - Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely.
