Job Category
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving business growth through actionable insights. Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze the performance of new customers post-integration, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Generate detailed reports on integration progress, customer performance, and compliance metrics, sharing findings with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align integration efforts with strategic business objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve integration workflows, reporting methods, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Work closely with engineering and IT teams to investigate and address system errors, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Manage ticketing systems to track, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and operational issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends, compliance changes, and emerging technologies to enhance integration processes and strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information System or related job experience
- 1+ year of experience working as a Business Operations Analyst or similar
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in monitoring performance metrics and creating actionable reports (data focused problem solver)
- Highly organized and detailed oriented with excellent project management skills
- Must be proficient in Excel to analyze data
- Must be proficient in Tableau
