Responsibilities
The P60 Principal Migration Support Engineer will provide technical guidance and unblocking support to engineers during enterprise migrations. This includes taking ownership of technical blockers, leading efforts to reduce friction, and offering actionable recommendations to engineering teams. By addressing complex migration challenges, the P60 MSE ensures smoother workflows and improved outcomes.
The role involves overseeing migration programs such as FedRamp, Data Mobility Support, and FastShift. This includes managing escalations, resolving blockers, and collaborating with organizational leaders to address high-impact opportunities. Additionally, the P60 MSE will ensure readiness for product changes by establishing systems, conducting assessments, and leading blitz testing.
A key responsibility is driving operational improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance systems and processes. This includes optimizing technical troubleshooting to decrease resolution times and boost migration velocity. The P60 MSE will also monitor and optimize operational metrics like NPS, IRT, and TTR, implementing improvements through training, knowledge sharing, and feedback loops.
As a liaison between GEM and Engineering, the P60 MSE will facilitate communication, improve processes, and enhance the enterprise customer experience. They will lead cross-product initiatives to improve workflows and develop scalable systems and frameworks to support migration operations. Regularly reviewing data, they will assess progress, anticipate needs, and adjust processes or personnel as necessary.
Finally, the P60 MSE will champion migration-related projects, collaborating closely with leadership to drive strategic outcomes. Maintaining technical depth, they will contribute to design reviews, troubleshooting, and mentoring engineers to ensure solutions align with both short-term and long-term migration objectives.

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $149,300 - $161,200
Zone B: $134,400 - $145,100
Zone C: $123,900 - $133,800
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
