The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Team:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, report generation, and dashboard development. You will work closely with business users to understand their data needs and create compelling and insightful visualizations that support business decision-making.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data by performing thorough testing and validation.
• Optimize dashboard performance and improve user experience.
• Provide training and support to end-users on dashboard and report functionalities.
• Continuously monitor and enhance existing dashboards to meet evolving business needs.
• Work with the data engineering team to ensure data sources are well-integrated and up to date.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization and business intelligence.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field and a minimum 2 years of experience in a related role
• Minimum 2 years of experience in dashboard/report development.
