About the Role

As a Business Development Representative at Woodruff Sawyer, you’ll be a key player in growing our business. Reporting to the Director, Sales Operations and Enablement, you’ll help us shape the newest part of our marketing and sales growth engine while gaining a deep understanding of the industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive growth and revenue through the research and development of leads on target lists.​
  • Conduct discovery calls and qualify leads prior to connecting them with production teams.​
  • Send invitations and encourage prospective clients to attend WS events.​
  • Develop and execute outreach campaigns aligned with the needs of the business.​
  • Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce, tracking key activity metrics.​
  • Foster relationships with prospective clients with strategic communications.​
  • Partner with marketing, Practice and Growth Leadership to manage outbound campaigns to increase lead volume
