Your next career: fabric is looking for a highly motivated, outgoing, and tech-savvy sales representative with strong business acumen to join our growing Sales & Business Development team. As a Business Development Representative, you will generate new business by prospecting outbound leads through cold outreach and work collaboratively across our sales organization to set high-value meetings. This is a highly strategic role that requires creativity, resilience, and the ability to partner effectively with an Account Executive to create new business opportunities. We intend for all our SDR/BDR reps to excel, learn and grow in hopes they will add value in other roles within fabric after ~16-24 months.
Your responsibilities:- Partner closely with our CRO and Account Executives to identify and source meetings that lead to pipeline and closed revenue- Prospect across your target accounts, with a keen eye on strategically prioritizing your time to drive the highest outcomes- Become a market expert – researching and understanding our target industries and personas, and what makes them tick- Build a point of view on how to help customers with their needs and the right qualifying questions to ask- Support pipeline growth by attending trade shows and helping capture demand at our booth
What you bring to the table: - 6-12+ months or equivalent sales, recruiting or similar experience- A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding goals with a competitive personality (sports or competitive activities in school is a plus!)- Be a highly strategic thinker and problem solver with a desire to learn- Strong attention to detail - An outgoing personality that is not afraid to use the phones to prospect or talk to executive leadership (internally or externally)
The annual salary for this position is between 55k to 65k USD + commission.The annual base salary range for this full-time position reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Actual pay may vary, depending on qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual performance bonus, equity options, and company benefits (your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process). Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above.
