Overview:
- The Measurabl Business Development Representative serves as the first point of connection to Measurabl for a prospective customer. Their focus is to identify and qualify new/existing prospects and develop relationships through prospecting, researching, and outreach.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Prospecting & Research
- Researching and identifying potential customers that align with Measurabl’s target market
- Research company contacts to determine the appropriate person to contact
- Stay up to date on ESG, Sustainability and industry news
- Continue to prospect in the face of adversity and/or rejection with resilience and optimism
- Utilize creative prospecting techniques to locate potential contacts and connect with them
- Grow and manage pipeline in Salesforce
Outreach
- Use research to connect with potential customers through methods of cold contacts
- Qualify candidate companies & contacts through discovery meetings
- Create an amazing first impression with prospects through emails, discovery calls, and other interactions
- Build unique strategies for key accounts & resurrect stalled deals
- Facilitate introductions to Account Executives
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers and provide them updates on our products and services
- Attend conferences/relevant industry events that drive networking and relationship-building
- Generate country/event/market segment-specific campaigns
Education & Experience:
We have identified the following programs, experience, and knowledge that have helped others find success in this role at Measurabl. We understand though that knowledge comes from many forms of learning and experiences. Above all, we consider a person’s potential impact in the role and value their unique path to this point in their career.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Six months to a year of experience in a sales or business development role
- Six months to a year of experience in real estate and/or sustainability industry
- Leed Green Certification, CSRD, or other sustainability related certifications
- A combination of professional or educational experience (whether formal or informal) that affords you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities above
- Fluent in languages other than English (French, Spanish, Dutch, etc.)

Compensation Range:
- £45,000 to £56,000
