Business Development Representative
Anticipated Total Earnings: $80,000 to $150,000 (Base Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 with uncapped commissions).
Location: Remote (Preference for candidates able to travel to Golden, CO for training and meetings).

Position Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with some experience in sales and a keen interest in the cannabinoid industry. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and aim to exceed monthly and annual sales targets within your designated territory.
- Prospect Development: Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs to provide appropriate solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our cannabinoid products and stay informed about industry trends.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with senior sales executives and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Travel Opportunities: Willingness to travel occasionally for training, team meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Requirements
- Sales Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in wholesale or B2B environments.
- Industry Interest: Genuine interest in the cannabis, cannabinoid, or hemp industry with a willingness to learn.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities.
- Adaptability: Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
