To join CLEAResult as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will drive growth by generating leads, building connections with potential clients, and collaborating with Practice BD members to advance the sales process. You will also develop and maintain industry relationships to stay informed about competitors, market trends, and relevant legislation

Successful candidate must be willing to travel nationwide 20-30% of the time.

  • Collaborate on the development and execution of regional strategies that support overall business growth and market penetration.

  • Leverage expertise in energy efficiency principles, concepts, practices, and standards to guide business opportunities and client engagements.

  • Lead the proposal development process, including drafting, coordinating inputs, and ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry associations, to expand the company's network and reputation.

  • Analyze market trends and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering customized solutions that address their unique challenges and objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and technical experts, to deliver cohesive business development strategies and solutions.
