XTIVIA is seeking an outcomes-oriented, highly collaborative Business Development Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit to help us achieve significant revenue targets. As a rapidly growing enterprise consulting company, our Sales team is essential to our explosive growth.
The Business Development Executive is a key senior sales role responsible for creating and implementing sales and business development strategies for XTIVIA. The primary focus is on securing new clients in the North American markets.
Responsibilities:
- Expand XTIVIA's business in both new and existing accounts by building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Develop and execute strategies for uncovering new business opportunities under the guidance of senior team members.
- Remain proactive, persistent, and keen to learn new technologies and processes.
- Engage with various organizational levels to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand and articulate XTIVIA’s values, products, and services.
- Assist in responding to client needs and preparing detailed proposals in partnership with XTIVIA Subject Matter Experts.
- Partner with the XTIVIA Marketing team to develop and execute joint marketing activities that promote XTIVIA’s solutions and create incremental opportunities.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations with delivery teams, coordinating cross-functional resources to close sales opportunities.
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from an accredited four-year college/university or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-6 years of successful sales and/or business development experience in the Information Technology sector, particularly in selling Managed Services, Consulting Services and Software for leading software products such as Oracle, MuleSoft, Salesforce, Snowflake, Microsoft, and more.
- Highly organized, research-oriented, and data-driven, with strong attention to detail.
- Have a proven track record of success in a similar sales role in a B2B technology company.
- Have a strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation strategies and pipeline management.
- Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools such as Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Google Workspace, and Office 365.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
