The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager working as part of the Sales Team. In this role you’ll be HUNGRY to identify organisations that fit with our growth strategy. You'll LOVE meeting new high-value customers - becoming a trusted advisor to household brands and leaders in Science and Technology. Making the most of your consultancy EXPERTISE you'll truly understand your prospects, their strategic plans and the challenges they face. You'll be adept at generating creative, long-term, tailored proposals that demonstrate clear ROI for your prospects. As a BOLD negotiator, you'll THRIVE on challenging and contracting with C-Suite executives to close high-value deals that elevate Tiro's brand and place as THE PREMIER Science and Technology training provider. 

About you

We’re looking for someone who is HUNGRY and COMPETITIVE - you'll be self-motivated and driven to WIN  (you don't like to lose). As a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PRO, you'll have extensive experience in complex B2B sales, with clear examples of how you've closed sales and demonstrably created ROI for your clients. You'll OOZE gravitas, with a proven track record in engaging and negotiating with business leaders. You'll LOVE collaborating with others, getting a kick out of working as part of a team, and with your AWESOME communication skills be able to bring people with you, even when things are going wrong! You'll be INFECTIOUS with your enthusiasm, positivity and sheer determination to achieve our lofty ambitions.

  • £40,000 - £55,000 plus generous commission scheme
