The Business Development Manager (BDM) develops & executes sales plans to drive new business, focusing on our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and Specialist Psychological Services.

What you will be doing:

  • Conducting business development activities across all channels and geographies to generate leads and sales meetings
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of new leads and opportunities
  • Proactively seek opportunities through networking, prospecting, sales campaigns, and marketing activities
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to close new business

What We're Looking For:

  • Successful proven achievements of sourcing and closing new business
  • Excellent commercial & business acumen
  • Ideally experience in business development roles within the EAP or the wider Health & Wellbeing industry
