Description

Looking for a sales superstar to help grow our client's business in the US. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of prior sales experience, ideally in the real estate, mortgage, lead generation industry and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. The opportunity with this client are endless! 


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales leads, cold calls and set new meetings with potential clients.
  • Effectively sell staffing direct-hire and staff augmentation services.
  • Ensure sales growth through aggressive market strategies and account development. Hit sales targets in both revenue and profitability.
  • Maintain customer relationships throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with new and potential clients by building a strong network (joining associations, networking groups, social media, etc.).
  • Dial on clients and help them understand the services offered 
  • Help to find and develop potential leads
  • Develop warm leads and help with handoff 
  • CRM experience preferred

  • 2-3 years experience cold calling on US, UK or AU companies 
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required
