As a Business Analyst - Provider Enrollment at Gainwell, you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve — a community’s most vulnerable. Under minimal supervision, supports daily activities related to Provider Enrollment as well as the development, enhancement, and maintenance of business solutions to meet customer needs. Performs research as needed to resolve Provider Enrollment issues. Develops and tests reports, performs data analysis, and serves as liaison with the technical team to develop and implement system changes. Works closely with other internal teams related to enrolling providers. Conducts quality review of reports, business processes, and other items related to Provider Enrollment operations. • Ability to work with the client, Gainwell business teams, Gainwell technical teams, and other vendors at all levels to identify and develop both business and technical solutions and resolve issues
• Analyze CoreMMIS reports to resolve discrepancies/errors
• Ability to develop requirements, business designs, and business processes for required system changes
• Develop and/or coordinate creation of ad hoc reports to monitor, support, and analyze all Provider Enrollment processes
• Participate in both internal and external committees and workgroups as requested by the Provider Enrollment Supervisor and Provider Relations Manager
• Ability to project a positive, professional attitude and a high degree of self-confidence in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment that is client facing
• Ability to effectively manage time and work independently in a strong team environment

What we're looking for
