Description

We are a fast-paced, innovative company looking for a skilled and proactive Business Analyst to join our growing remote team. As a Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of shaping business strategies, gathering and analyzing requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that drive organizational growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new initiatives, systems, and processes.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for development teams.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to clarify business objectives and priorities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Continuously assess processes and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in the creation of user stories, use cases, and process documentation to guide the development process.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques (e.g., requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
