As a Marketing Coordinator, Communications and Co-Marketing, you will be at the forefront of this new vision by developing breakthrough brand communications and partnerships that build awareness, foster loyalty, and expand our brand footprint with our target audience.  While Sunrun is a multi-billion dollar brand, you will help strengthen the visibility and emotional resonance that consumers have with this brand.  You will deploy marketing initiatives for a key strategic EV partnership with Ford Motor Company.  You will help build and execute partnerships with utilities, government entities, and other key partners.  And you will also work closely across the marketing organization to build content and communications in meaningful campaigns.

The marketing team primarily works remotely, so this position can be located anywhere within the United States.  Some travel may be required for in-person meetings. Responsibilities 

Assist with brand campaign, calendar, and content development and deployment

Work closely with the Consumer Insights team in the development of consumer & brand research to uncover insights that will enable us to connect and resonate with our target consumer. 

Develop copy and content for brand communications

Develop and execute strategic marketing sponsorships, endorsements, and partnerships with brands, celebrities, influencers, and organizations

Assist with Ford-related marketing initiatives and relationships

Deploy Ford customer engagement, communications, and track performance

Coordinate with key internal and external stakeholders to build Ford partnership

Assist with all EV-related marketing initiatives

Lead all utility and government partnership marketing support
 
Requirements

Ability to distill complex dynamics into simple brand communications

Superior ability to influence cross functional teams

Passion for learning and development to evolve and acquire new skills 

Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and budget management

Excellent presentation and influence skills with senior management

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum 2 years relevant work or volunteer experience

Ability to thrive in a remote work environment

It assumes that the successful candidate will be located in markets within the United States that warrant the compensation listed. Candidates in locations outside this local area may have a different  starting salary range for this opportunity which may be higher or lower.  Please speak with your recruiter to learn more.

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:

$62,044.16 to $82,725.55

Sunrun provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, a wellbeing program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, based on both company and individual performance, as well as short- and long-term incentives and program-specific awards. Compensation decisions will not be based on a candidate's salary history. Please note: Employee benefits do not apply to our Fusion and Street Sales roles, which are 100% commission-based, (1099-NEC) positions.
