Bits of your job:
Identify new opportunities for collaborating with endorsers
Build, nurture, and grow long-term relationships with current endorsers, health experts, and enthusiasts
Manage strategic lead generation, outreach process & negotiations with new endorsers
Collaborate with other departments as necessary to develop and deliver partnership activity (preparing contracts, scheduling media productions, communicating with other departments about partnership details)
Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activity, industry innovation, and plan strategies accordingly
Maintain endorser database available for other departments
Create partnership reports

Requirements
Key expectations:
Higher education
Excellent English language skills (USA English)
Sales & Negotiation Skills
Must be an excellent communicator, natural networker, team player, and highly organized
Strong analytical skills
Understanding of emerging trends, social media, and influencers
A previous experience collaborating with doctors, endorsers, influencers
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in the US market
Bonus:
1 year+ of working experience in a similar position is a benefit.
Salary: 1800-2500 €/mon. net
Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
