Are you a bold storyteller who knows how to launch big ideas and build unforgettable brands? CoreWeave is seeking a Brand Campaign Manager to build the brand campaign strategy that shapes our narrative, amplifies our presence, and deepens trust with enterprise, AI, and developer audiences.

This is a rare opportunity to own the creative and strategic engine behind a brand that’s defining the next generation of cloud computing. You’ll drive campaign planning from concept through execution—turning positioning into powerful narratives, building scalable frameworks, and orchestrating multi-channel programs that deliver measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

Campaign Strategy & Narrative Development

  • Develop breakthrough, fully integrated brand campaign rooted in CoreWeave’s positioning and aligned to business priorities.
  • Craft brand campaign narratives that connect emotionally and strategically with our audiences—from developers to C-level buyers.
  • Build scalable campaign architectures and toolkits that can be tailored across regions, verticals, and funnel stages.
  • Lead campaign planning across owned, earned, and paid channels—advertising, digital, video, content, experiential, and more.

Orchestrate Cross-Functional Excellence

  • Partner with product marketing, demand generation, digital, creative, and communications to bring campaigns to life.
  • Act as the campaign quarterback, aligning stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables to execute flawlessly.
  • Ensure campaigns are consistent with brand standards while enabling flexibility for market-specific adaptation.

Creative Briefing & Content Integration

  • Write clear, actionable creative briefs that inspire bold and strategic execution.
  • Guide the development of hero assets—videos, landing pages, digital ads, emails, and event materials—ensuring storytelling is consistent and powerful.
  • Ensure integration of campaign themes across all marketing touchpoints, channels, and content formats.

Measure What Matters

  • Define and track campaign KPIs in collaboration with analytics and brand insights teams—brand lift, awareness, engagement, perception, and contribution to pipeline.
  • Use insights to refine campaigns in-flight and inform future strategies.
  • Conduct post-campaign retrospectives to capture learnings and optimize playbooks.

Brand Expansion & Thought Leadership

  • Ensure all campaigns ladder into CoreWeave’s broader brand strategy and visual identity.
  • Contribute to ongoing brand initiatives including messaging evolution, brand platform development, and executive storytelling.
  • Stay on the pulse of cultural trends, competitor moves, and creative benchmarks to keep our campaigns fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated campaign strategy, or creative planning—preferably in B2B tech, SaaS, or cloud infrastructure.
  • A strong portfolio of brand end-to-end campaign ownership, from idea through execution and measurement.
  • Deep understanding of audience segmentation, messaging frameworks, and full-funnel brand storytelling.
  • Experience leading multi-channel campaigns across digital, video, events, social, paid media, and owned content.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with creative teams, product marketers, media planners, and executives.
  • Strong creative sensibility and editorial judgment; able to shape and elevate work with clarity and vision.
  • Analytical and insights-driven; comfortable using data to inform decisions and demonstrate brand impact.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $140,000-$200,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
