Position Overview
We are hiring a Bioscience Sales Manager. The Bioscience Sales Manager will be responsible for sales of Fujifilm’s Life Science Products.
This position will support North America markets.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the Generalist Sales Team to achieve region sales targets for Bioproduction, Cell & Gene Therapy, Recombinant Growth Factors, Wako Lab Chemicals, and Wako Pyrogen Testing in assigned territory
- Guide Generalist Sales Team to support assigned distribution partners in the region by participating in workdays, vendor shows and sales training
- Perform Funnel Reviews on a routine basis with Generalist Sales Team and provide them with information and requirements needed to advance opportunities and close orders
- Provide information to internal teams on customer feedback, market updates and competitor information
- Complete all assigned training and classes
- Attend all required meetings
Required Skills/Education
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 to 10 years of sales management
- Experience building sales teams
- Understanding of sales process and definitions
- Training tools for Sales Teams
- Market Dynamics of individual sales territories
- Funnel Management
Salary and Benefits:
- For California, the base salary range for this position is $86,005 - $120,510. Compensation for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience, location, etc.).
