Core Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for skilled trades roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using innovative sourcing strategies and networking.
- Partner with hiring managers and regional teams to understand staffing needs and create customized recruitment plans.
- Foster relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Leverage technology and CRM tools to track, organize, and manage candidate information.
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to provide strategic recruitment insights.
Qualifications:
✔ Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
✔ At least 3-5 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on skilled trades or similar industries.
✔ Preferred experience successfully placing Construction Project Managers, Foremen, and other similar positions.
✔ Proven success in high-volume recruitment and managing diverse hiring demands across multiple locations.
✔ Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
✔ Proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms, with a detail-oriented approach to candidate management.
✔ Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
