We are seeking an SMB Sales Coordinator that is bilingual in English and Mandarin to support Toast's top-performing Account Executives with administrative and post-sale tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service to both our customers and sales team.Ā
This role requires a proactive, solution-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to ensuring seamless and efficient operations. About this roll* (Responsibilities)Ā
- Collaborate closely with Business Operations, Billing, Finance, Onboarding and Sales Teams
- Learn the nuances of the sales process from an operational perspective to help ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to produce hardware and software quotes to assist Principal Account Executives
Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)
- 1 - 2 years of previous work experience requiring strong attention to detail
- Ability to work comfortably and effectively with teammates and colleagues in cross-functional roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technical aptitude to master existing CRM as well as overcome future challenges with processes and systems
- Self-driven motivation to complete a project smoothly and efficiently
- Ability to deal with objections appropriatelyĀ
- Strong to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced shifting environmentĀ Ā
- Preferably Associateās or Bachelor's degree
