About the Role
- As a Benefits Renewal Advisor, you’ll help manage the Rippling Brokerage book of business and be responsible for advising small business owners during their annual insurance renewal. You will also support Rippling’s PEO renewal each fall.
What You’ll Do:
- Transform the complicated world of health insurance into clear concepts that lead to an effective renewal experience for Rippling clients
- Coordinate both externally with carriers and internally with operations and implementation teams
- Facilitate mid-year plan changes and client consultations
- Evaluate opportunities to add additional lines of coverage at renewal
- Assist PEO clients with their annual insurance renewal
Qualifications:
- 2 or more years in a consultative account management role
- Well versed in the group health insurance space
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, in both verbal and written form
- Collaborative spirit with a track record of success
- Active Life, Accident & Health producer license
