Get to Know the Opportunity:

A Business Solution Consultant (BSC) is responsible for supporting Benefitfocus business partners as they work with clients to gather business requirements and deliver solutions that meet their business needs. This consultant will work in conjunction with a Benefitfocus implementation team and carrier customers during an implementation or with existing customers when they encounter business events that may require changes to how the Benefitfocus application works.  

The BSC will become familiar with Benefitfocus, industry standards, and carrier business processes. A critical component to a successful implementation of the Benefitfocus Platform is ensuring on-time and high-quality deliverables.
