Position Overview: 

The BDR Manager at OfferFit will play a critical role in driving the success of our growing Business Development team by leading and developing our Business Development Representatives (BDRs). Reporting to the Head of Business Development, this role is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of OfferFit's BD function by implementing best practices, coaching the team, and optimizing processes to generate high-quality opportunities for our Sales team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BDRs to achieve and exceed opportunity generation goals
  • Establish and execute a scalable business development strategy in alignment with OfferFit's overall GTM strategy
  • Implement and refine BD processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness in outbound lead generation efforts
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to align prospecting efforts and maximize pipeline growth
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, results, and professional growth
  • Provide hands-on coaching and training to the team on outreach best practices, sales messaging, and prospecting strategies
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to ensure the team remains innovative and effective
  • Participate in key prospecting activities and contribute to pipeline development

Who’s a fit?

  • Experience in Business Development or Sales Development roles within a hypergrowth enterprise SaaS environment
