Leading Title Agency is seeking an experienced AVP- Production Manager. This position is responsible for handling managing the daily production of our title agency. Attention to detail, great communication skills (verbal & written) great organizational skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position.Responsibilities Include:
Manage the daily production of our title agency.
Recognize potential problems and provide timely resolution.
Support and maintain company policies and philosophies.
Identify gaps in the process and implement change to encourage company growth.
Ability to review Title Commitment for Title Issues
Ability to accomplish tasks and processes accurately and completely.
Ability to observe, monitor, collect, and record data.
Ability to assess the accuracy, validity and integrity of the data.
Ability to identify problems, determine possible solutions, and actively work to resolve the issues.
Daily monitor closing report and flow of work for processing.
Ensure departmental coverage daily.
Review Closing Disclosures and HUD-1’s for quality control.
Maintain strong relationships with high volume clients.
Monitor quality of customer service given by our staff-Intervene and provide problem resolution for escalated client matters.
Perform random monthly file audits to identify gaps and/or errors and provide quality assurance throughout all departments.
Able to analyze title abstract, legal documents, title chains, lender instructions, compliance requirements.
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of Five (5) years' experience in Title Insurance management.
Must be a licensed title agent.
Exceptional facilitation, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
High level of accountability
Strong attention to detail
Customer service oriented
Creative problem-solving skills
Travel when necessary
High energy, a positive attitude a must
Team Player and strong negotiation skills

The annual base salary for this position is $150,000.
