Your role in our mission

  • Collaborate with the Legacy and Transformation delivery functions to ensure that automation activities provide the highest benefits
  • Responsible for strategic planning to embed automation testing in all enterprise projects
  • Drive opportunities to implement, maintain and expand automated test coverage across Client applications using ROI formulas to ensure the value of automation
  • Define Technical Automation Strategy using commercial automation tools and proprietary test harnesses to provide automated test coverage through the UI, web services and middleware automation 
  • Creates and oversees the execution of an automation framework to implement the strategy
  • Oversees adherence of the automation framework, policies and standards by the automation team
  • Evaluates and recommends new technologies to increase efficiencies; including development of design of test harnesses, automation processes, test results database and analysis tools. 
  • Work with stakeholders to manage overall expectations pertaining to setting accurate schedules, costs and resources
  • Provide automation estimation, capacity planning and projected ROI calculations and savings
  • Responsible for generating automation centric metrics for automation coverage, automation productivity, utilization of scripts, defects captured etc.
  • Leads and coaches diverse and global testing teams and provides data driven performance feedback, champion testing governance and accountability
  • A working understanding of various test related tools and technologies, e.g., test management tools, test data tools, EDI, automation, and performance
  • A trusted partner with other departments, e.g., project management, data conversion, network and infrastructure, requirements management and software development. 

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in Automation space
  • 10+ years of experience driving complex healthcare testing engagements (all phases and types including product testing, system and system integration, interface testing, user acceptance, performance, etc., applying industry leading Automation First principles)
  • Healthcare experience
  • Medicaid/Medicare experience preferred
  • Expertise in designing and executing automation frameworks/solutions – Unified automation frameworks to support UI, API, Batch, Data, Mobile testing, E2E/Regrssion suite automation, keyword driven frameworks, Selenium, UFT
  • Generative AI driven automation experience in STLC needed
  • Ability to guide and manage multiple teams towards program objectives
  • Experience in designing automation specific SLAs/metrics

The pay range for this position is $113,700- $116,400 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
