The Associate Well-Being Experience Professional 2 delivers innovative strategies and solutions to improve and enable high levels of holistic well-being (physical & emotional health, purpose, belonging and security) across the population. Understands emotional drivers of decision making and motivators for healthy behavior and works with the well-being team to deliver ongoing well-being engagement activities and tactics. The Associate Well-Being Experience Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
The Associate Well-Being Experience Professional 2 provides tactical support to address business issues and achieve well-being goals. Leads onsite and virtual associate well-being engagement activities designed to enhance participation. Monitors project plan for events, tracks costs, and develop/track success metrics. Translates research discoveries and trends to evaluate, develop and implement innovative well-being experiences and resources to continually enhance the company's position as a leader in health and well-being. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Mailbox Management:
- Monitor and manage the well-being program mailbox.
- Respond to associate questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Program Engagement:
- Assist in the tactical management of onsite and virtual well-being program engagement activities.
- Assist in well-being champion support and programming and coordination of program
- Coordinate logistics and communications for well-being events and initiatives.
Survey Coordination:
- Distribute and manage well-being surveys.
- Collect and analyze survey data to provide actionable insights.
Award Submissions:
- Coordinate team responses to well-being award submissions.
- Ensure all submissions are completed accurately and on time.
Biometrics Program:
- Support the tactical delivery and reporting of our biometrics program.
- Gather, compile and verify information for documentation and reporting to leadership.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 + years of direct Benefits or Well-Being experience
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Exceptional analytic skills and attention
- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity.
- Ability to work independently, while providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills; communicate effectively (clearly, concisely and professionally) with internal customers
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A team player able to work effectively in a team fostered multi-tasking environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a collaborative team environment
- Experience with Microsoft suite of products

Work-At-Home Requirements:
To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
• At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
• Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
• Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
• Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
• Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
