What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):
- Own key commercial initiatives for our highest priority clients across the GTM lifecycle, from initial scoping to campaign execution
- Lead collaboration and drive alignment with senior Product, Sales, and Ops stakeholders to ensure optimal campaign outcomes
- Leverage a portfolio of tools (Salesforce, Asana, Google Suite, etc.) to track campaign progress, identify trends, and measure success
- Use data and insights to identify target populations, develop hypotheses, and recommend go-forward strategic approach
- Support other Sales Ops responsibilities across client strategy, pricing strategy, and performance management
- Passion for solving complex problems and building scalable processes
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
- BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales operations or business strategy (e.g., management consulting, banking, etc.) role
- Salesforce experience (or other CRM)
- Solid analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills working with Sales teams and executives
- Ability to plan and prioritize workload; ability to multitask and meet deadlines with quality product
- Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment
Nice to haves:
- Experience in data analyses using SQL or data exploration tools (e.g., Superset, Looker)
- Familiarity with Sales & Trading topics (e.g., prime brokerage)
