We measure ourselves by reductions in preterm births, NICU admissions, c-sections and maternal mortality; we improve outcomes and reduce healthcare spend.
Role Description
Your North Star: Support core operational processes to improve clinician efficiency and utilization as we scale.
In this role you will:
- Assist in monitoring key revenue cycle metrics for the doula business line, including accounts receivable (AR), collections rate, and clean claims rate.
- Support the setup of internal processes and systems for fee-for-service claims submission, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and plan-specific guidelines.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a revenue cycle playbook that outlines essential processes for new launch setups and plan-specific billing, serving as a resource for the broader team.
- Stay informed about billing regulations, guidelines, and updates to Medicaid rules, and help ensure compliance with billing requirements.
- Collaborate with various teams, including coding, customer success, product, and data, to support smooth and efficient revenue cycle operations.
- Provide support in coordinating with third-party billing vendors to monitor key revenue cycle metrics and ensure effective performance.
Who you are
- 3+years revenue cycle experience with telehealth companies
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions, optimize processes, and track performance metrics
- Exceptional project management and prioritization skills
- Results-oriented operator who moves fast
- Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Passionate about maternal and child health
