Overview

The Associate Project Manager is a member of the Go-to-Market team at Cotiviti. This person will be responsible for administrative support and project management for senior leaders on the team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level, confidential administrative support and assistance to the leadership and their teams as needed, including performing diverse and complex duties and handling confidential information (i.e., managing calendars, schedules, conference calls, arranging meetings, preparing expense reports, etc.).
  • Assist with the management of projects through the project lifecycle to successful completion for each group.
  • Develop, track, and report on project plans including scoping, time estimates, tracking and identifying project schedules, outlining deliverables, and developing budgets.
  • Understand project objectives as well as the role and function of each team member throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide direction to project teams including allocating tasks, tracking deliverables, ensuring quality control, managing deadlines, and assigning resources to responsible individuals.
  • Contribute to the resolution of all project issues while maintaining the critical and confidential nature of the project.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement to keep the project on track and on budget.
  • Handle logistics and details of presentations and meetings for large groups. Proactively coordinate various internal functions, including making appropriate travel arrangements, agendas, necessary contacts, and other preparations related to these meetings
  • Provide other assistance as needed - including preparing agendas for meetings, proofreading documents, and conducting research.
  • Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual Performance Plan.
  • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in administrative services, client services, or account management preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • This is a work-at-home position (US only).  Access to high-speed internet is required (all other equipment will be provided). 
  • Must be able to sit and use a computer keyboard for extended periods
  • Project Management certification (PMP) preferred
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to interact confidently and appropriately with executives, customers, and visitors
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and follow-up communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Communicating with others to exchange information.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
  • Assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
  • No adverse environmental conditions are expected.

Base compensation ranges from $70,000 to $98,000. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
