What You'll Do:
Responsible for the Active Directory design assistance, support, and automation of a secure enterprise directory environment. The role will provide
operational support for the existing and future state of OCC’s systems
Responsibilities also include working with stakeholders to implement secure AD solutions that meet business and security requirements. You would be working with a small team as an engineer that supports the administration of current and future state multiple forest.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.
Windows Server and Windows Server Core 2016,2019,2022 Administration.
Troubleshooting networks, network appliances, using common network tools to identify issues
Azure tenant/cloud infrastructure administration
Multi Domain Active Directory & Group Policy administration
Familiarity with AD Trust, Kerberos, SPN, Certificates
Entra ID administration
Work with internal teams to properly identify, remediate, take ownership of and identify concerns related to vulnerabilities as well as security findings.
Work to Identity, deploy, and troubleshoot shared SSO solutions
Adhere to internal Change Management requirements for each change in a production environment
PKI and Certificate Lifecycle Management

Technical Skills:
Experience supporting an enterprise Windows Server and Server Core Environment (2016, 2019,2022)
Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting enterprise Active Directory environment to include AD Trust, Test/Dev Environments, LDAPS, GPO and other custom configurations
Experience supporting an Azure cloud solutions including virtual machines, networking, storage, and security.
Identity management using Entra ID and Hybrid AD using Entra ID Connect
Passion to identify, investigate, and drive new technology within various interconnected technology systems
Familiarity with working in a highly regulated environment including NIST-CSF, COBIT, CIS
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years experience

Compensation
- The salary range listed for any given position is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. If hired at OCC, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and/or education.

Salary Range
102,700.00 - 120,300.00 - 137,900.00 USD AnnualIncentive Range
8% to 15%This position is eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award, for which the target range is listed above (see Incentive Range). The amount of such award, if any, will be based on various factors, including without limitation, both individual and company performance.
