The Associate Manager, Digital Brand Operations ensures the Sephora Collection brand experience on dot com is optimized for driving total sales and providing exceptional digital client experience. Reporting to the Brand Operations Manager, this role will support the end-to-end e-commerce execution in partnership with the Sephora Collection Global and Sephora Dotcom Merchandising team.   • Drive & execute Sephora Collection dotcom business strategies to drive overall sales & profit
  • Closely monitor SC sales and ensure dotcom is optimized to drive revenue with future activations
  • Manage the overall execution of new product page setup and ongoing updates & enhancements, ensuring optimal articulation, messaging, visual presentation, and navigation for all Sephora Collection SKUs
  • Maintain critical quality control on dotcom product pages
  • Oversee the strategy & optimization of Product page copy content, ensuring it is consistent across the brand and is optimized for SEO
  • Liaison with Sephora Dotcom Merchandising and Sephora Collection Global team on Sephora US best dotcom practices, priorities, & opportunities
  • Proactively managing relationships with Rating & Reviews partners to drive the dotcom business
  • Identify and act on new opportunities on the site and develop plans for continual improvement of brand experience with the changing landscape, including best/new ways to engage with clients as a brand
  • Own resource and asset needs, providing feedback, and troubleshooting as needed
  • Own weekly, monthly, and dotcom performance reporting and sharing/making recommendations to the Global Team & dotcom merchandising teams  
  • Use a variety of tools to power the front-end experience including CMS, Machine Learning search strategies, Product Personalization engine and others
  • Be the technical consultant and subject matter expert on tools and systems that drive our front-end experience
  • Maintain understanding of site architecture, standards, functionality, and available resources to quickly diagnose best course of action for project execution

  • 3-5 years retail buying office experience, eCommerce and/or Direct to Consumer
  • Able to support Pacific Standard Time hours and flex when needed

The annual base salary range for this position is $99,790.00 - $111,530.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.  Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.  Sephora offers a generous benefits package to full-time employees, which includes comprehensive health, dental and vision plans; a superior 401(k) plan, various paid time off programs; employee discount/perks; life insurance; disability insurance; flexible spending accounts; and an employee referral bonus program.
